We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new, resalable condition.
Note: Perishable food items, opened or used products, and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to health and safety reasons.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any return shipping costs, if applicable.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damaged product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable food items (e.g., sauces, oils, fresh products)
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
7. Exchanges
